When a Compensation Plan changes know “Where” the money is
Global NPN is now on the “New” commission payment system.
In order to receive commission you must have at least one personal referral, and to receive the matching bonus you must have two personal referrals and each of those must have one personal referral….
In order to maximize commission you must continue to get more personal referrals because the commission plan has changed.
When I originally joined Global NPN the commission plan fitted all the criteria that I love. Forced Matrix – so easy to manage…along with a bunch of other criteria that I wont go into here.
November 2012 the commission plan was “simplified” and to me the icing was taken off the plan.
Instead of 5 levels of membership, the plan was reduced to 3 levels which totally reduced the earning capacity at which I was aiming for long term for all collaborators in our group.
The plan was changed to a “managed” Matrix rather than a forced Matrix which in turn created a lot of planning and stratagies to maximize the earning potential for all collaborators within our group and just as we had the system almost right Global NPN changed the payment plan again.
Not only has the icing come off the cake but the yummy cream in the middle has been removed as well.
Now, not only do you have to get “sales” to get paid, you only get a worthwhile commission on your sales and the cash incentive to build with your downline has been removed. I am a co creator and collaborator not a gung ho sales person. 2% of the population are the type that can get up and make sales left right and centre. The other 98% will most likely purchase from these sales people but they won’t get the support and nuturing they require to build a solid steady increasing cashflow portfolio.
Today I am going to show you what has occurred to my commission since the change of compensation plan and the mathematical calculation I do to make an informed decision on what membership level I take up next month.
Note: I do not receive these commissions ‘personally’ as I volunteer for a Not for Profit Foundation that pays for my Sustanence, and that is a whole different topic from what I am discussing today.
Last month I received $196.50 for March Commissions.
This month I received $143.50 for April Commissions based on the new compensation Plan.
I only have two personal referrals as I tend to my collaborated co creation of cashflow businesses, by providing education and strategies to help everyone not just myself.

Lets look at what those two referrals provide in commission whilst I pay for Gold Membership

Gold membership $123.15
$100 monthly plus plus $20.97 commission
Commission earned
Gold direct Referral $100.00
Director direct Referral $ 40.00
The other $3.50 must be the .50 for each member that is still in the collaboration since the change of plan.
But there are incredible “qualifying” criteria to recieve this 50c bonus
* To qualify for the 100% matching bonus:
1. You must have at least 2 active paying referrals.
2. The referrals you earn 100% on must be qualified (see #1) as well.
3. You must be an NPN PRO level member or higher
So according to the bank statement the net effect is a total of $20.35

Now for comparisons sake lets have a look at the mathematical formula of what would occur should only the Director Level be taken up.

So according to the bank statement the net effect is a total of $27.53
So it is in my interest to cancel the Gold membership and set up a recurring Director Membership to increase my net cashflow.
A support icket has been issued to Global NPN in relation to the current subscription

I notice on the compensation plan that
Gold Membership is only $100 monthly plus plus $20.97 commission
Please explain the $2.18 Discrepancy”
Whatever affiliate plan you are participating in, get to know the compensation plan and how it will serve you and your collaborators. When compensation plans change it is usually to better provide for the owner of the business and not for the affiliates. That is why people build affiliate site so they can generate income for themselves and provide income for others who promote on their behalf.
I have a very tight criteria of what works for me and my systematic approach to business. When I decide to take on a “New” business I comprehend the compensation plan first, then I strategise how best to place it in our portfolio and then “work” the system so everything grows organically and those sales guru’s that are attracted to my way – I hand them a water bottle and say “RUN” and let them do their stuff.

$60 generates abundance
Yesterday I saw a quote on Facebook that I related to
“True Intelligence operates Silently. Stillness is where creativity and solutions to problems are found. Eckhart Tolle.”
Now for the last 25 Years I have been living with the stigma of Impaired Intelligence but my higher self decided that there was no reason to stop learning just because your Brain does not function correctly. During those 25 years I have read and studied many methods of ‘business’ and collaborated in a great many startups that started up and fell over and some of them are still going.
One of the books I read was written by a great Mentor Suzanne Kincaid Financial Freedom on $1 a Day. In this book she educates mainly women on how to generate income online.
I read the book absorbed it and started applying the principles to it. I made money with Music Forte which has since changed its business plan. I made a heap of Money with Twrps which has since closed down and recreated and now is our Kick Startt Program. I joined greenwiz and cookin fun and have had success in building income via my not for profit foundation.
What I love about greenwiz is that you do not have to jump hoops in order to receive commission. All you have to do is be a finacial member pay your subscription either monthly quarterly or yearly and as soon as the commission builds to more than $3 you receive it straight into your nominated account.

Sub Domain Redirection
I am a little vain when it comes to promoting my personal affiliate link (s).
I desire it to look like it is part of my website.
It really comes down to educating your followers to YOUR Branding.
The C Panel looks a bit daunting until you start using it.
I will do an example of how to redirect an affiliate link to a subdomain created using GlobalNPN as the hosting Company.
This Website http://www.leannecane.com is currently hosted by Global NPN as I am a Gold Member and use this Company for its Internet tools as well as a cashflow generator.
I have a subscription with Dynamic Digital Enterprises that I also use for hosting and cashflow generator.

So much easier and it all is branded back to me. I have a pretty simple brain and it has issues with short term memory so I like to create simple sub domains.
now if you key in DDE.leannecane.com you automatically get redirected to http://www.dynamicdigitalenterprise.com/aff/jrox.php?uid=moneybuddies
You ask why do I redirect to Moneybuddies? I would rather SURF, Play, Dance, Sing anything but sit at a computer. So I refer every person to the TEAMBUILD link and I know that I am giving my referrals the best position in the Matrix possible and they do not have to rely on me to bribe, convince, coherse anyone into doing something they are just not comfortable with. The people that do join via me, know like and trust me. They wanna d what I do so I provide information on how I do stuff. I also point them in the direction of really cool training if they want to spend hours spunking up their site and generating hoardes of traffic and kick starting their income so that they can spend their profits on what they want.
So here is the technical stuff you have to do to create a sub domain and redirect to your affiliate url.
1. Decide on what your Sub Domain Name will be.
2. Open your Cpanel mine is http://leannecane.com/cpanel
3. Enter user name and password
Remember to place an N in front of your GlobalNPN ID eg N82061
4. Select the “no I’m fine Thanks” button on the Getting started screen
5. Scroll down the screen until you see the heading “Domains” Select “ReSubdomains”
6. Create your sub domain.
7. Then locate the subdomain in the chart; select “Manage redirection”
8. Place your affiliate URL in the box provided Then save
9. Test that your sub domain redirects by opening the sub domain and clicking on Join Now and you should see your nae as the referrer
Now you can create Redirects for all your affiliate links allowng you to make a specific web page redirect to another page and display the contents of that page. This way you can make a page with a long URL accessible by a page which has a shorter and easier to remember URL.
Now you may not have hosting with Global NPN but the cpanel is pretty similar for most hosting companies. Use these notes as guidance and if you get stuck you can always submit a help ticket to your hosting providor.

Global NPN Subscription Cancelled Due to insuffient funds in Payoneer
Interesting thing just occurred on my GlobalNPN Account this month.
Here is my experience of what happened, how I fixed it and what I learnt:
I received an email notifying me that my GlobalNPN Account had been cancelled.
This is how the email presented itself
Subscription Canceled! GLOBALNPN.COM
This is a confirmation of your canceled subscription
at GLOBALNPN.COM for npnid: 82061.
Your account has been canceled for this reason:
“The card has been declined due to insufficient funds.”
If you wish to re-subscribe and keep your account active:
1. Login to your ‘current’ NPN backoffice (ID: 82061)
2. Select your upgrade level
3. Start a new subscription via Credit Card or Alertpay.
Any questions simply reply to this email.

That really sux. Now I have to go and investigate why my payoneer ‘bounced’.
Last month I had done a transaction with PayPal being the “money exchanger’ and I had left enough funds for the subscriptiion plus some….
I opened up the back office of my payoneer to see that I had bought some items at Office works for $88 AUD and the conversion had made the transaction $93.08USD. And dont forget the $1 maintentence fee that they help themselves to for the month of May.
This in turn left my account $3.85 short.
Bugger now I have to figure out how to fund that amount.
Whilst in my Payoneer account there is a banner “Now anyone can load money to your card Learn More”
I hit that sucker.
Now I find out that in order to load the $3.85 it is going to cost me an extra $.39 in fees.
Following the prompts I can only load in increments of $10 so to cover the fees I attempted to load $10USD. and received that wonderful message “The amount you want to load is less than the minimum amount allowed ($20.00)” Grrr.
So increased the load to $20 which in turn increased the fee to .78 then I had to input my visa debit card in and verify it. The verification did not work and the contact telephone number for that debit card did not stay online long enough for me to write it down. So I then attempted to use a different debit card to load……
The second card went through without a problem even got a confirmation

What a hassle. This has taken more than an hour of my day to sort out. Hope this blog helps you comprehend how you need to have accurate records of everything you do online so that you can resolve issues speedily when they arise.
The money left my visa card the day I requested it to leave. The funding visa card also slugged me an international purchase fee of $0.51 and the Exchange and fee worked out to be $20.33 in Aussie Dollars.
I did the transaction on the Friday and the following Tuesday I received notification from Payoneer that the funds had been cleared. So my funds floated in “Cyber Space from Friday to Tuesday – that is a mystery to me that will possibly never be answered.
So now I can resubscribe to Global NPN…
I open my global NPN office and enter the password. Get through the usual “doors” and get hit with a message in Bold yellow writing
Our records show that your subscription is no longer active!!
In order to keep your NPN account active and to ensure you’re qualified
to receive commissions, please re-subscribe immediately!
Select my “Gold Package”
and re enter all my details and pull out my Payoneer Debit Card to input the numbers….
